Porcelain veneer pricing depends on the number of teeth, the ceramic material and whether preparation or other treatment is needed. Your consultation includes a clear treatment plan and agreed pricing before treatment begins.
Well-made porcelain veneers can last 10–15 years or longer with good oral hygiene, regular check-ups and appropriate care. Longevity also depends on your bite, habits and maintenance.
Preparation is carried out under local anaesthetic, so the appointment itself is not painful. Mild sensitivity to hot and cold for a few days afterwards is normal and settles on its own.
The number of veneers you need depends on which teeth show when you smile and talk, your smile line and the design being planned. The number is decided case by case rather than by a fixed formula.
Porcelain itself is highly resistant to staining, although the bonding margins and surrounding natural teeth can still discolour over time. Good oral hygiene and regular check-ups help maintain the result.
